You can refresh the website and try logging in again using Stable Internet connection and Google Chrome browser.
If you have freezed any othercollege by mistake, then there are chances that float option might not be available.
Make sur eyou login via PC andNot Mobile as sometine stgere is problem in page loading due to resolution.
