You have scored very good marks...
Since the cutoff for NITs are not yet published ..So, according to the previous years cutoff ... You are eligible to take admission in NIT, Agartala and VNIT, Nagpur... Rest NITs has cutoff greater than 580 for open category in civil engineering....
Do not lose hope.... The final cutoff is yet to come ...
