Hi aspirant,
With a score of 62 in GATE you wont be able to secure a seat in any IIT even if tour category is OBC. You may check cutoff of IITS through the following link-

You may check other colleges for Mtech or MS such as-Vellore institute of technology (Vellore)
Manipal institute of technology (Udupi)
R.Vcollegeof engineering (Bangalore)
