Xutoff changes every year so ut us difficult to predict college and there is reservation for girls in m.tech
Take part in counseling so that you can get good  college based on your score

see in mtech admission there is no reservation for female candidates, however cutoff scores changes in every year and depends on your category, number of participants, questions difficulty level etc. you did not mention about your category, however you may apply for north east nits, nit durgapur, nit bhopal, jadavpur university, iiest shivpur, vit vellore etc.
