Hello Payal,
You can get admission in IIT Bombay, IIT Patna, IIT Jodhapur etc. For your M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering. According to previous year cutoff , You can get newer IITs as well as IIT Bombay.
There are chances that you can't get popular branch in IIT B.
