Hello bhagyashree,
Please specify your branch by which you complete your b.tech.
Based on data, you seems you are not qualified in GATE.
If you are qualified then you can take admission on the basis of marks in any private college.

Branch is computer engineering and i am not qualified. so is there any chance of getting admission in mtech/me?
