As per your score nd previous year cutoff, the colleges you get in 4th Or mop up round of counselling are:-

NIT Bhopal - Electric drives and power system engineering

NIT Jaipur - Renewable Engineering

Also you have less chance to get in these two colleges also, you can get it in mop up round if seats are available. For west Bengal you can get private college easily with that score.
