Hey Raj,

With the score of 380 in OBC category in civil engineering branch, chances of getting an IIT is low or nil. Also you cannot get top NITs with this much GATE score, but you have chances of getting average NITs like NIT Durgapur and Northeastern NITs. In my opinion, you should give a second attempt to GATE exam and give your best in it.
