For M.Tech Courses in IITs,
General- Up to AIR 50
OBC- Up to AIR200
SC/ST- up to AIR 400
AIR- All India Rank in GATE- Aerospace Engineering
Please remember that the admission is based on the GATE score not AIR
Apart from M.Tech,IITs(particularly IISc, IIT Madras and IIT Bombay)also offers MS (by research), M.tech(Research)and Direct PhD programs
For these programs, with good score in GATE, you also need to perform well in the technical interview.
In case of Direct PhD, sound academic record in the UG (ex:CGPA>=9)is also needed.
