Since you have not mentioned your category so assuming you in general category, your chances to get into top IITs with a good specialization is tough, though the cutoff changes every year depending on many factors like difficulty level of the exam, no. of students appeared, no. of students qualified, etc. The previous year cutoffs of some of the IITs where you might get are:

• IIT Bombay- 510 (2018)
• IIT (ISM) Dhanbad- 471 (2017)
• IIT Guwahati- 411- communication engg, 466- signal processing
