First of all congratulations for scoring well in GATE. Getting the structural engineering branch completely depends on the cutoff that is released by the colleges for 2020.If we consider the  cutoffs for the past few years, chances of getting your desired branch in IIT's or NIT's are quite high and you can get it. However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.
