IIT Madras has released the GATE 2019 result on March 15, one day in advance to the earlier announced date of March 16. GATE is one of the most coveted national level exam for engineering students. GATE exam is a gateway for admission to the various postgraduate engineering programmes offered by the IITs, NITs, IIITs and other CFTIs as well as high pay PSU jobs. Many other institutes apart from the IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs also consider GATE score for offering admission to the candidates. After appearing in the exam, candidates are curious to know 'what is a good GATE score.'
