But you can try in private/deemed college in the later rounds for non-clinical subjects, or a state quota where your state has more seats and lower demand.

There is a very high chance for you to get admission at a nonclinical branch in a government category. With your rank of 102600 with an OBC category, you have higher chances to get the seat in both the All India Quota and State Quota. Because as an OBC category (non-creamy layer), you are eligible for the 27% reservation in government colleges.
