If the the uploaded document is not as per specifications the application will be rejected. The specifications of the scanned image of written document is as follows

• Written declaration must be written in English clearly on a white paper with black ink.
• File type: jpg / jpeg
• Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) 10 cm * 5 cm (Width * Height)
• File Size: 50 KB – 100 KB

If you have uploaded a document as per the specifications it will be accepted. If you have already submitted the application consider that the documents uploaded are as per specifications. If the application is not getting submitted then you have to change the specification of the file as mentioned above and try uploading it. The last date to apply is August 18, 2021 that is today.
