Hello,

Please don't worry you you will grow as you just 17 year old boy.  For boys they height keep on growing till 21. So that is not a problem 5.6 is a very good height and their is still a room that your height will increase. So don't worry. Rest you can take more vitamin rich vegetables, eat green vegetables, maintain your diet . Do yoga as much as you can. All this will help you.

Best wishes

hey,

5.6 ft is not a bad height. human heights depends on 70% of their heredity and 30% on your self like how much work out or exercise you can do to make your height a little more. you may contact with the physical trainer and make a schedule to go for jogging and exercise. make a healthy diet and follow it.

that would help.
