It's depends on you if you want to give exam in Gujarat then select exam centre of Gujarat. If you want to give exam in Madhya pradesh then select exam centre of M.P.

You have an options to select your exam centre. You must be select four exam centre. Exam centre(First choice ) is always most important among the others.
