Dear aspirant,hope you are doing well.Now coming to your question,the minimum percentage to qualify the ICAR exam is 50% and your score is really very less.So according to me i think you are not eligible to take admission into colleges that take admission on basis of ICAR marks.meanwhile,i would suggest you to look for a good private college that doesn't take admission on the basis of ICAR examination marks.
