Secretary and countersigned by Sarpanch or concerned Mamlatdar.

Incase of Parent/Guardians Government Employee/Pensioner the

salary/Pension certificate must be issued by the concerned

DDO/Treasury Officer and the income certificate must included your all family members income it is only possible in case of single mother that one can submit documents on their mother name.
