While filling the application form over the online board sometimes when you upload your scanned images for photograph signature and other documents it might be a bit hazy and difficult for the the sensor in order to to get the exact imprints of your images and his it shows the dialogue box regarding the same which you have mentioned. So, it's better to re-upload your scanned images in a clear form so that it might not create any trouble in the future.
