Sorry but at this rank of yours, it is not at all possible to get seat in chemical engineering branch in any of the IITs. Even there is very less possibility of get any other branch in any IIT. Thus, you should either go for NITs or IIITs, if your mains rank is good enough then you may secure your desired branch. Or else, you can also go for other private institutions as well.
