Hello Aspirant,
Sorry to say it's very tough to get best IIT with good stream ,file choice in iit as per previous years, once more chance if your jee main rank good also apply in nit trichy , rourkela, Warangal, surathkal etc. One thing more important for plz file choice in home state nit like CS , IT , electronic, electrical.
