As per your rank in jEE mains you do have chances for getting Admission in one of the college under jac Delhi.
But definitely you won't be able to make it to the top/best colleges under jac as your rank doesn't match as per the requirements.

Hello,

There are 4 colleges under jac which are NSIT,DTU,IIITD,IGDTU but your rank is not that much that you will get these colleges even considering your category rank.

Last year the obc opening rank was around 8800 and closing rank was around 33000 in obc category and outside delhi region so I don't think you will be getting these colleges as per your rank.

my crl rank is 97880 and category rank is 28758 and i live in delhi ncr greater noida and also 12th pass from greater noida can i get a seat in jac
