Yes of course your January result will be applicable and will be treated as your final result. According to the norms set up by NTA for result declaration of JEE-Main if a candidate sits for either of the attempt then that result will be treated as his final result but if the student appears for both the attempts then best of the two results will be taken in consideration for making final result.

Firstly,Congratulations for scoring such a good percentile.Secondly,giving a second attempt is completely your choice,if you are satisfied with one or could not attend the second due to any reason then,don't worry,your first percentile will be considered.
