Your JEE main percentile is too low so unfortunately you won't be able to get any of the nits with general category so you should try private colleges like kiit, and other colleges in Bhubaneshwar also there are good colleges under webjee so you have good options.

68 percentile is quite low and for these marks getting NIT is almost impossible for candidates belonging to General category and OBC category. It is also very difficult for SC and ST students to get an NIT seat with this percentile score.
Almost 18000 seats are there in all NITs combined for undergraduate programs offered through JEE Mains, and 68 percentile comes with a rank in lakhs, so as per this analysis it is very difficult fetching a seat in any of the NITs.
