If you are from General Category then your CRL Rank would be around 33,000 which is a bit high and won't fetch you a good seat in any NIT, but some of the options available to you are:-
1) IITRM Ahmedabad:- EE
2) NIT Rourkela:- Food Tech and Ceramic Engineering
3) IIIT Kottayam:- CSE
4) NIT Hamirpur:- Material Science and Engineering
5) IIIT Dharwad:- ECE

You may get lower branch in average college or you may get average branch in lower colleges like NITs or GFTIs. You may get NIT Agartala, Nit Silchar or other low NITs.
