Hello there
With 82k rank in JEE-MAINS paper-1, there are not much chances for you in NSUT or DTU.
Being an EWS category candidate, you can try your luck in IGDTUW, and there are good chances that you would be able to get IT there, if not CSE.
Moreover, you can also go for IP University where you will get some decent colleges for B.tech.
