your rank is too high to get admission in any IIT,NIT,IIIT. You have chances to get admission in private institutes. There are many private colleges which have less academics fees and provides quality education.

you can choose department as per your choice. they even provide scope for students to work on exta-curricular activities and many chances showcase your skills.
