yes. admissions in indraprastha university has nothing to do with JEE marks. IPU conducts its own entrance i.e. CET.

if you have appeared in CET exam and have got a decent rank then you may get admission in IPU.

remember, the only way of admission in IPU is through its entrance exam i.e CET and not JEE mains.

Yes you can give ipu cet exam. There are many government colleges under ipu in which you can take admission like Ch. Brahm Prakash college in Delhi. There are many private institute also which have good infrastructure like Maharaja Agrasen college in Delhi. You can even try for other competitive exams whose form is not out yet. But if you want to take admission in a government college by jee mains then you can drop for a year and practice for the next year's mains exam. If you practice hard you can even get admission in NITs or IIITs.
