According to present situation in jee mains i think that you may not get a seat in iiits cse or ece.But you may get a seat but not in a preferred branch you want that means in cse or ece.You may even get a seat in some of the top colleges in NIT but mostly not the preferred branch you are waiting for.I hope you may find a better college in NIT or IIITs.

Your OBC rank is bit high.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have a tough chance of getting any NIT or IIIT for CSE or ECE.
If your luck favours then you might get some seats in the later rounds, you can get NITs From North-east, NIT Uttarakhand, NIT pondicherry,etc and some lower ranked IIITs such as IIIT kancheepuram, IIIT Ranchi, IIIT Kota,etc.
