Kishan since you have the score range of 88% in the JEE mains January session entrance exam and based upon your score in the April session , if you are giving the April session then your individual rank will be provided after the completion of the JEE mains April session including the cuttoff for the various categories , via that only you can be able to select your respective college as per the college Cuttoff demands. Since as per the analysis made by the experts you have the brighter chances to qualify the JEE mains , so you should go with your JEE Advanced preparation as well such that you can be able to take over the good Government Institution as well .

Congratulations for your result. The score you got is decent. We cannot predict it because the actual cut off was not yet declared by NTA government it will be declared by April 2019. But you have very little chances of getting in IIT and nit . You have minimum chances of getting in some of the top colleges in India.
