Its very tough for you to get CSE in a NIT. However there might be some chance in lower NITs.
no i am sorry, this percentile is too low to get cse in nit. if you are lucky enough you may get in nit sikkim, mizoram, manipur, nagaland, meghalaya only in the special rounds only if someone leaves the seat. otherwise you can try for the gftis.

With your mentioned rank it is highly unlikely for you to get into NITs. You could still apply for the josaa counselling process and try your luck. But I would suggest you to try for state level engineering colleges which accept JEE main scores. You could get good colleges and your desired branch.
