You're eligible for admission in IITs. For SC/ST candidates qualifying marks in board exam is 65%. You have not got any college because of your preference order. You might have filled only those things which whose closing ranks are higher in the initial few rounds. I would suggest you to stick with the counseling, don't lose hope your rank is good you will definitely get something.
