THIS IS NOT A GOOD RANK THAT CAN FETCH YOU TO A GOOD NIT OR IIIT OR ANY OTHER NATIONAL LEVEL GOVERNMENT COLLEGE.BUT STILL THERE ARE CHANCES OF YOU GETTING STATE COLLEGES THROUGH HOME STATE QUOTA.

OTHER OPTION IS I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO GO FOR OTHER INDEPENDENT COLLEGES WHICH CONDUCT THEIR OWN ENTRANCE TESTS LIKE VIT, SRM,MANIPAL,BITS IF YOU HAVE GIVEN ONE OF THEM.

You haven't mentioned your category of eligibility. For general category cutoff percentile is 89.75 , for OBC category cutoff is 74.31 percentile, for SC category cutoff is 54.01 percentile and st category cutoff is 44.33 percentile.
