Hey Sanskar, hope you are doing well. According to minimum eligibility criteria for JOSAA counseling, one must have atleast 75% in 10+2 boards and you have only 70%. You can try for other private colleges like Nirma University, PDPU, DAIICT, Thapar University,etc where the minimum qualifying percentage is less than 75%. Hope it helps!! Good luck!!
