With your rank it would be a little difficult to get a college in West Bengal through Jenpauh as there are only 1000 seats in all the government and private colleges combined and again 45% seats are reserved for OBC/SC /ST candidates. But you can definitely wait for the subsequent rounds of counseling to see if seats in private colleges remain vacant. 

But you can try out next year also to get a good government college.
