this types of problem happens in many times. try to redownload it and check if it is the same or clear photos are downloading or not. if it is same as before try to contact with the exam authority.

it will be good if you carry two passport size of your photograph you give during the time of form fill up with you in the examination center.

First of all I will say you take a deep breathe and sit relax.

Don't worry because nothing will gonna to happen. As you mentioned you downloaded the admit card and it gets blurred ,so it is not your mistake right.

Just take your adhaar card photocopy with JIPMER admit card on examination centre.Nothing will happen and if someone will ask anything you can show your adhaar card Xerox copy .
