Hello student NTA doesn't released marks in the results of Jee main January examination it only declared the percentile per subject and total percentile, but as you mentioned you've scored 130 marks then with 130 marks your percentile is around 97 percentile and it's expected by our experts that cutoff for Genral category will be around 89 percentile so yes you're eligible for Jee advance if you're scoring more than 89 percentile.
