85% seats are reserved for the home state students to take admission in different medical courses. And if you are looking to take admission in MBBS course then score must be more than 540 for the safe side so that you can expect any government medical college of Madhya Pradesh.

As your score in only 426 so there is no chance that you can get any of the government college in Madhya Pradesh. But if you can take admission in any private college then many options are available for you.
