With 70 marks you might be getting a rank around 25K-30K. with this rank you will get many good/average colleges in mysore bangalore and mangalore.

For example : if Bangalore in concerned then you might get: KLE, Acharya, BNMIT, Christ, Jain, SJC etc etc etc.

 if Mangalore in concerned then you might get: NMAMIT, ALva, MIET etc

And you might land onto some of the very good colleges too like SIT Tumkur, DSCE but you will have to make a compromise with the branch. So, getting ECE in top colleges is quite tough and almsot not possible with this score but you may try for Instrumentation in colleges like SIT, Tumkur.
