See the eligibility criteria for getting ur JEE MAINS rank crd and for appearing in JEE ADVANCED is to have a minimum aggregate of 75% in any of the board for general and 65% for SC/ST. So if u have got above than that u will gonna face no problem in future in JEE MAINS. But the entrances which require PCM percentage will get effected if u will not clear the eligibility criteria.
