There are very few colleges in Jaipur who have been acceptibg MAT scores, and with score of 450 you have decent chance only with IIRM Jaipur For Rural Specialization and MNIT Jaipur.

You can alternatively target Pan India based colleges where you have more chances of conversion.
Some of them are:-

ASM New delhi
CIM Pune
AIMT Noida
UBS Karjat
IIMS Pune
IMS Ghaziabad
ITM NaviMumbai.
