My mat score is 495.50 so which college should i go for and how

According your score you can have the chances for Amity Noida, Alliance Bangalore etc. The shortlisted candidate will be called for the MAT selection Procedure consisting of group discussions (GD), personal interview (PI), and or a written test (WAT). You can also check your other chances with MAT Pathfinder Tool.
