Yes, it's create problems during govt job.
You should correct this mistake.
Because there are all name should be same in 10th, 12th and graduation degree.
So you have to correct all mistake immediately.

Yes it might create some problems with government jobs . You will have to get it changed. It will not very tough you will just have to fill some forms and go thru a simple procedure.
