Although the name of your mother is same in both 10th and 12th marksheets but still it is wrong and my advise would be to get it corrected as in future it may create some serious problems. Also , a wide range of examinations and also some institutions may require any other identity proof of your parents and in that case having wrong or different names may create a lot of problems, so it is feasible to get it corrected if you can.
