Yes, if your name has come in the merit list then there are quite high chances that you will be called to confirm admission in any of the rounds of counselling.

However, it also depends on how many students above you in the merit list take admission, if seats are still available and reach upto your rank then you will get admission in the government colleges.

You should stay updated on each round of counselling to find out when you get selected.
