Since you have not mentioned the name of scholarship so it is quite difficult to guide you with better assistance because some scholarship schemes mention the guidelines regarding the name format so if it is with your respective scholarship scheme than you can do according to those guidelines and if not then normally there would be no any issue regarding your name and you should mention your complete name because it is understood by the authorities that due to some space restrictions, in some certificates short forms are used for name of the candidate.
