Hello Deendayal,

I suppose your 12th marksheet name is wrongly printed, with Dayal as your middle name but its your first name. 

I dont think so that there will be not be any issue while document verification, but it also depends upon the person who is verifying your documents. So its ietter to produce an affidavit, because that will keep you at a safer side. 

I will advise you to make this affidavit on a stamp paper of 50 or 100 and produce it if any problem arises.
