Don't worry it won't create a trouble in your admissions through josaa counselling but I would suggest you to give the name which is actually correct irrespective of it is in aadhar card or in 12th admit card. Considering it will be right in your 12th admit card so give it that. It won't create any trouble during verification because this is all just a formality and these mistakes are very common things like name mistakes.

The name which you have to fill in the application form of JEE-Main 2021 should be as same as in your class 12th registration and the ID Type which you would be entering in the application form should be correct and should have all correct details however it won't require any photograph of ID to upload but it will be verified during your admission process so make sure to upload the correct and updated ID type.

This problem is really a though provoking problem. See If you are asking this question for the attempt of JEE MAINS 2022 then I would say go with your Registration name as you will get a ample time to rectify the aadhar name. But if you are asking for this year, then I would say using Aadhar name will be preferable as you will take the Aadhar card for verification in the examination center and any discrepancy may lead you to unnecessary trouble.

I would recommend you to contact the NTA officials and discuss this problem. They will guide you more prominently and you will be sure about it.
