Do check out the list once again and make sure you didn't make any spelling mistakes in that case.

Even then if you are unable to find the name in the merit list provided, try to reach out for the Counselling Authority of the State. Make sure you have the copy of the registration fee payment in hand, because that would be a vital proof.
