The cutoff varies with previous year trends, number of seats available, number of applicants etc. Based on previous year cut off a a decent score for top colleges for general category is 500+ but since you are EWS category it may be little low  it is difficult to predict for sure so you can attend the counselling and see you possibilities , you may get a decent college.
